About the Role:
We are in search of a qualified and compassionate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our expanding team. As a vital allied health professional, you will empower NDIS participants to achieve their vocational and life goals, enhance their quality of life through transformative therapeutic intervention, and foster successful participation in their communities and the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized vocational and psychosocial support to clients with disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.

Develop and implement person-centered rehabilitation plans that align with NDIS goals and funding.

Assist participants with job-seeking skills, career planning, workplace integration, and overcoming employment-related barriers.

Conduct evidence-based assessments and provide counselling services using a clinical and case management framework.

Recommend and support implementation of workplace accommodations and modifications.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other allied health professionals and external service providers.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to NDIS reporting requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.

Eligibility for membership or registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., RCAA, ASORC full, membership)

Demonstrated experience working within the disability, rehabilitation, or employment services sector, and Insurance

Sound knowledge of the NDIS and its framework.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.

A current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
