This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Executive to take ownership of content creation, digital campaigns, events and brand communication across the board.

This role is perfect for a mid-level marketer looking to take the next step and get seriously stuck in. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies and the national sales team to drive performance and ensure consistency in messaging. With a product marketing focus and a customer-first approach, this role offers real ownership and tangible outcomes.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email and social)
• Create engaging content: blogs, social media, case studies, brochures and more
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to translate complex info into customer-friendly messaging
• Plan and manage events, trade shows and training sessions
• Lead branding consistency across all internal and external communications
• Work closely with digital agencies and manage key supplier relationships
• Own the content calendar and align marketing with commercial goals
• Track KPIs and marketing ROI, reporting on performance and outcomes
• Drive customer retention and engagement through targeted campaigns
• Help launch new products with impactful go-to-market plans

What do you need?

• 3-5+ years in a marketing role
• Strong writing and content development skills
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, email and social media
• Exceptional organisation and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and hit deadlines
• Industry experience in construction/trade/technical products (ideal, not essential)
• Proactive mindset and a genuine passion for brand building
