Prudence Rehab is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing & Communications team 1–2 days a week. This role is ideal for an individual wanting to get back into the workforce, current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field who’s eager to gain real-world experience in a vibrant and purpose-driven organisation.

You’ll work under the guidance of our Marketing & Communications Specialist to bring our brand to life across internal and external platforms. Expect hands-on experience, variety in your work, and a supportive team environment that values fresh ideas and initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Formatting branded documents and presentations (Word & PowerPoint)

Coordinating printing and promotional merchandise orders

Assisting with market and competitor research

Drafting content for blog posts, email campaigns, and social media (with guidance)

Capturing and collating team photos for internal use

Supporting project management using tools like ClickUp or Asana

Assisting with ad hoc marketing and design tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with Canva and ability to follow brand guidelines (desirable)

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus

Experience with project management platforms (e.g. ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana) highly regarded

A positive attitude, creative mindset, and willingness to learn
