Myfoodlink is searching for a Casual, Part-time Ecommerce Product and Content Assistant to join our team in our Hobart office.

This role is 100% based in our Hobart CBD office. You will be provided with all the necessary tools of the trade (hope you like Apple!)

Job Description

This is a casual role, approximately 16 hours per week, ideally spread over four half-days (hours negotiable).

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising product information for our online product listings.

What you’d be doing

Updating product information, including descriptions, images and other relevant details within our image library

Uploading and optimising product images, ensuring consistency in quality

Using spreadsheets for bulk data entry, product updates, and content management

Researching and sourcing product information for new listings

Ensuring all online listings are up-to-date with correct pricing and details

Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the digital shopping experience

Collaborating with the creative team to ensure brand consistency

What we’re looking for

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Excellent written communication skills in English

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for content editing and bulk uploads

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

Prior experience with ecommerce platforms is a bonus
