Position Title: Project Manager - Pathology Transition Project
Annual Salary (exc. super): $140-$150K + Super + Salary Packaging
Hours per fortnight: 76 hours
Employment Status: Fixed Term Full Time - May 2026

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead a high-impact project that will shape the future of healthcare delivery.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transitioning pathology services including laboratories, collection centres, and courier operations from a private contractor to a public provider. This is a unique opportunity to improve public health outcomes and build a stronger, more integrated service for our communities.
You'll report to both the Chief Digital Services Officer and the Executive Director of Medical Services, and work closely with the Pathology Transition and Digital Services project team. Together, you'll deliver a large-scale, meaningful change across the health system.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complex projects, enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, and is passionate about making a real difference in public healthcare.

Your New Division
The Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision. As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Research and Development, Innovation, ePR project, Project Management Office, Clinical Analytics and associated resources including the Chief Clinical Information Officers.
