Our client, a top tier and secure Federal Government entity is seeking a Procurement Service Manager to join their team in June.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end procurement of software licenses in accordance with internal policy and process
• Defining software requirements in consultation with End Users and technical teams
• Software License Maintenance/Currency Services
• Active Asset Management
• Update/Upgrade Forecasting

Criteria:

• In-depth knowledge and experience in complying with relevant legislation, procurement practices and internal policies/procedures throughout the procurement process, including the RFQ stage, evaluation, contract formation and ongoing management.
• Good analytical and investigative skills, including the ability to research and evaluate complex issues in relation to procurement matters. Possesses advanced excel knowledge/skills in order to collect, manage and report on software data.
• Experience and knowledge in software procurement and management, including End User Licence Agreement (EULA) review and provision of version advice, updates/upgrades, forecasting and additional licensing as required.
• Certificate IV or equivalent in Government Procurement
