The Plough & Harrow Hotel Camden is looking for a experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to be a part of our friendly young team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a charismatic, hospo loving Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the pub, assisting with managing labour costs and ensuring the venue’s standards across all areas are upheld.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a real drive to make a difference. The ideal candidate must have current RSA & RCG, great knowledge of Gaming, F&B, TAB and will take ownership of the training and development of the bar staff. Strong compliance knowledge is a must have for this role.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• Ideally come from a high volume, multi facet venue.
• Understand how to deliver an amazing customer experience. This venue is warm and welcoming with a casual tone of engagement.
• Have a positive and proactive attitude, with exceptional communication skills.
• Work closely with a diverse team of people. Ensuring that team culture is customer focused and community led.
