About the Role As a Head of Practice, you’ll lead a state division of legal professionals, driving operational excellence, compliance, and innovation. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on influence in a firm that’s reshaping the legal landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a state team of lawyers, conveyancers, and legal managers.
• Provide strategic direction aligned with governance and partnership goals.

• Oversee quality assurance, complaints resolution, and internal audits.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years PAE in property law with a Principal Practising Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing legal teams.

• Expertise in compliance, governance, and risk management.
