Kurdle is a trusted name in the hospitality supply industry and have been in operation for over 15 years.

We are looking for a Bookkeeper and accounts payable/receivable to help keep the standard of service we are proud to uphold. This is a solo role as the accounts are currently run by external bookkeeping company.

We currently use Xero as our accounts software and Unleashed as our inventory management software.

Xero experience preffered
Unleashed experience not neccesary

Job Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Record and reconcile payments received and made.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
- Reconcile and manage bank statements.
- Process weekly payroll and associated reports.
- Assist with various general administrative tasks as required.
- Manage customer credit applications and setup trading terms
- Follow up with debtors

Working hours
Full time - 5 days per week in our Molendinar office.
