🚀 About the Role

As Broker Support, you won’t be buried in back-office admin or following generic checklists. You’ll be a central part of the client journey, making sure every loan is lodged perfectly, every doc is collected on time, and no ball is ever dropped.

You’ll be the operational engine room — helping our Finance Strategists shine, and our clients settle their loans with confidence and clarity.

💥 Key Responsibilities

Collect supporting docs and lodge loan applications through ApplyOnline

Stay in close contact with lenders to push deals through quickly and cleanly

Keep clients informed throughout the process, delivering regular updates and clear next steps

Chase missing info, spot inconsistencies, and ensure every deal is compliant

Order valuations, manage pre-approvals, top-ups, and variations

Maintain CRM accuracy and log every client touchpoint

Communicate with third parties — real estate agents, conveyancers, developers, valuers

Identify review opportunities and help book clients back in with their Strategist

Deliver industry-beating customer service from start to finish

Hit and exceed key KPIs:

12 loan lodgements/month

$0–$7M settlements/month (after 3-month grace)

90%+ compliance audit pass rate

Zero at-fault complaints

✅ Required Qualifications

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred, not essential)

FBAA or MFAA accreditation (bonus)

Clear Police & Credit Check (mandatory)

1–2 years in loan processing, broking support, or a similar financial services role

Confidence with CRM systems and loan portals (like ApplyOnline)
