As a Finance Strategist at Infinity Group, you won’t be grinding through cold calls or flipping old leads, you’ll be immersed in the heart of clients’ financial journeys. Step into the role of financial strategist, coach, and champion - all in one

You'll guide clients through tailored debt reduction, wealth creation, and property investment strategies, with a heavy focus on real outcomes, not just paperwork.

You’ll prepare detailed strategies, run client consultations, stay on top of loan structuring and borrowing capacities, and drive real financial change for our clients.

💥 Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed, compliant finance strategies to meet client goals.

Deliver customised wealth creation plans, incorporating debt reduction, cash flow analysis, and property investment.

Conduct structured consultations to assess client financial goals, aspirations, and constraints.

Coordinate with brokers, accountants, conveyancers, and real estate professionals to drive client outcomes.

Ensure CRM systems are kept 100% accurate, with up-to-date borrowing capacity data.

Complete thorough loan product, lender policy, and documentation checks.

Maintain clear police and credit checks and stay accredited with industry bodies (FBAA, MFAA, lenders).

Support promotional events, client review cycles, and business development initiatives.

✅ Required Qualifications

Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (mandatory).

(Optional) Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking.

FBAA/MFAA accreditation.

2–3 years of industry experience preferred but not essential if you're sharp, driven, and ready to grow.
