Your key responsibilities will include.

• Data entry: Inputting financial transactions into accounting software from source documents like

receipts, invoices, and expense reports.

• Invoice processing: Reviewing invoices for accuracy, coding them to appropriate accounts, and

submitting for payment approval.

• Accounts payable: Maintaining records of customer and vendor balances, sending out invoices, and

recording payments received.

• Filing and recordkeeping: Organizing and maintaining accounting documents systematically.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

• WMS experience is desirable.

• Mandarin speakers are desirable

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical ability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• You will need to be a dedicated individual with a positive and proactive attitude.
