About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage the full payroll cycle and ensure all processes are compliant with legislation and internal standards. You'll also work closely with the wider finance and HR teams, providing insights and support during system changes and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires someone who can confidently work autonomously, juggle priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll within a retail environment is essential
• Strong working knowledge of Sage Micropay, with ENTO for T&A, and ELMO for HR
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a strong understanding of compliance and reporting
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work autonomously
• Experience supporting payroll-related projects is highly desirable
