Senior Payroll Officer

• $100k-$105k + Super + | North Sydney - close to public transport
• Hybrid Work with 1-2 days WFH

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a supportive and dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll services across a complex, high-volume environment. You'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing covering weekly and fortnightly pay cycles and multiple Awards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-function payroll processing including PAYG, superannuation, and tax
  
• Accurate interpretation and application of multiple Awards and EBAs
  
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
  
• Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
  
• Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll queries
  

Requirements:

• End-to-end payroll processing
  
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex payrolls
  
• Strong knowledge of Award interpretation
  
• Experience with iChris/Chris21
  
• A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
