Signature Wellbeing in Malvern is looking for a motivated and passionate Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the health and wellbeing of our community while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chiropractors with client scheduling and time management

Greet clients, answer phone calls, and manage inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

Handle client payments and manage patient appointments with attention to detail

Ensure a positive experience for all clients by addressing their needs and making them feel welcome

Skills & Experience:

Excellent phone manner and communication skills

Experience with calendar/appointment software and/or client CRM systems is preferred, though not essential

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multitask in a busy environment

A friendly and professional attitude with a strong customer service focus

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Availability & Hours:

Flexibility is required for morning and evening shifts

Initially, the role will consist of two 5-6 hour shifts per week, with the potential for increased hours as the role grows

Must be available to start in June
