You will be supporting a range of customers by:

· Handling email and phone enquiries

· Raising, Preparing and Processing orders and quotes

· Supporting the technical team

· Processing stock returns and account credits

· Following up on back orders and keeping customers updated

· General administrative tasks as appropriate.

We are looking for an individual who:

· Has had prior experience in a customer service role ideally with an industrial, technical or service environment

· Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Possesses good time management skills backed by the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

· Is detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy

· Has proficiency in ERP & MS Office software

· A team player who takes on challenges with energy and enthusiasm
