About the Role
This is a 65% new business / 35% account management role focused on landing and expanding within large-scale enterprise accounts.
You’ll be trusted to lead complex, consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders—often across multiple touchpoints and long decision cycles. No script. No micro-management. Just you, your pipeline, and a supportive team that knows how to win.
Your day-to-day:
Business Development – Identify and close new SaaS opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers. It’s a smart, outbound-led model—think deep research and sharp execution over high-volume spray and pray.
Account Growth – Manage and expand existing client accounts, working cross-functionally to ensure onboarding success and uncover upsell opportunities.
Sales Execution – Run the full sales cycle end to end—from discovery and quoting to pipeline forecasting and reporting in HubSpot.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
You’re resilient and resourceful—rejections don’t faze you and you find creative ways to get to the right people
You’re a credible communicator who can move seamlessly from mid-level to C-suite conversations
You’ve got a strong track record in SaaS or complex B2B solution selling—ideally with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
You love working autonomously but value being part of a high-performing, tight-knit team
