Project Manager – Workplace Services | Capital Delivery

EthosBC, in partnership with a leading organisation, is seeking a Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale workplace refurbishment and property upgrade projects. This role will lead the full delivery of a multi-site capital works program, focused on transforming the workplace experience and ensuring efficient use of real estate assets.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded project manager with a background in corporate fit-outs, relocations, and property upgrades. You'll be part of a collaborative and solutions-focused team, delivering key projects aligned to broader business transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end capital works projects including refurbishments, workplace upgrades, and office consolidations
• Manage program timelines, cost planning, procurement, and compliance with building standards and WHS
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure on-time, quality outcomes
• Lead change management and communication activities to ensure seamless transitions for impacted teams
• Provide regular project updates to executives, and maintain strong governance and reporting throughout project lifecycle
• Drive efficiency, safety, and sustainability through design and delivery decisions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex workplace/property projects within large corporate environments
• Proven track record of delivering capital works, commercial fit-outs, or major refurbishments
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation skills
• Skilled in managing multiple vendors, internal departments, and reporting to executive leadership
• Strong understanding of compliance standards (WHS, building codes) and risk mitigation practices
• Background in property, facilities, or project services within professional services, finance, or enterprise settings preferred
