Our Client - BRS Electrical
Join a well-established and growing electrical engineering design consultancy and drafting services firm located in Murarrie in Brisbane's east. BRS provides services to major industrial and mining companies throughout Australia and the Pacific Region. About You
Our client's business is growing, and they are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional experienced in supporting the day-to-day running of a company.
If you are looking for part-time hours where you will be appreciated or a new industry to learn within a boutique business, then this role is for you!
The business is open to 16- 20 hours a week, with a preference for those hours to be spread over 4 days.
You will:
Have exceptional organisational, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to form warm relationships with your team mates.
Be known for being self-driven with your work, the ability to use initiative and a collaborative nature.
Be able to demonstrate 3+ years of experience in a similar role as described below.
The Role
This role is based in Murrarie and is office-based as it helps ensure the small but vibrant office and team work closely to get everything done! There is genuine flexibility in the working hours to suit your home life.
Working closely with the Director, Office Manager, and overall team, you will be trained in how to perform the role. The successful candidate will have a history of success in:
High level of experience with accounts receivable and payable, and running of financial reports. Experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO) would be highly valued, but not mandatory.
Administration across a wide variety of operational functions, such as (but not limited to):
Managing purchases and deliveries.
Ensuring stationery and kitchen supplies are up to date.
Meeting scheduling with collation and issuing of Agendas and Minutes.
Collating content from colleagues on projects to be utilised and uploaded to the website and social media platforms.
CRM management, including data input, checking purchase orders, entering expenses, and general troubleshooting. Experience in Total Synergy would be a bonus!
