Part Time Administration Assistant
Our client provides reliable, professional plumbing services for homes and businesses, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
They are currently looking to bring on an administration assistant for 15 hours a week (working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).
The role:
- Answering and directing phone calls; responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Scheduling service appointments and dispatching plumbers using scheduling software
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and job completions
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- Assisting with payroll data entry and timesheet tracking
- Ordering office and job-site supplies as needed
- Managing and organizing digital and paper filing systems
- Supporting the operations team with general office duties and special projects
The essentials:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- MS Office proficient, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience within plumbing or a related industry is preferable
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
