Are you a dynamic, forward-thinking Practice or Business Manager ready to take on a unique challenge? We’re partnering with a highly respected healthcare group to recruit a Business Manager to establish and lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art GP practice in Blacktown.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role from day one — overseeing everything from clinic setup and accreditation to staffing, systems implementation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end setup of the practice, including premises fit-out, IT systems, Medicare compliance, and accreditation
• Recruitment and onboarding of clinical and administrative staff
• Establishment of workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless operations
• Build a strong culture of patient care, efficiency, and professionalism
• Financial and resource management, including budgets and reporting
• Liaise with external providers, contractors, and key stakeholders

About You:

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Business Manager within the healthcare sector (GP or allied health preferred)
• Strong understanding of Medicare, billing, and accreditation processes
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Confident managing competing priorities and working autonomously
• Passionate about building something new with a strong focus on patient-centred care
