Paid Search Executive – Rapid Media

Rapid Media offers media, digital and creative solutions to clients across a range of

industries including retail, FMCG and e-commerce to not-for-profit, travel and

aviation.

Founded in 2003, Rapid Media operates with offices located in Brisbane, Gold

Coast, Lennox Head, and Melbourne.

We are currently recruiting for a Paid Search Executive to work across a

variety of local, national, and international clients.

This role will provide a strong understanding and wealth of knowledge in paid search, focusing on leading a client roster with digital strategy and assisting Account Directors with pitching, planning, and buying.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create and execute paid search campaigns on Google Ads

● Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and build audiences for paid campaigns.

● Monitor campaign performance and assist with daily optimisation to improve key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

● Analyse performance data and assist in creating regular performance reports.

● Accurately setup and manage budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns remain within their allocated budgets.

● Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise with campaigns or accounts.

● Participate in meetings to discuss campaign performance and opportunities for optimisation.

● Support the Account Services team on ad hoc requests

Requirements:

● Minimum one year experience working on paid search or equivalent experience

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Detail-oriented and highly organised with a passion for learning and growing in digital marketing.

● Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is a plus.
