You’ll be teaming up with an impressive Paid Media Director and sinking your teeth into a portfolio of genuinely loved brands. No churn-and-burn here - just meaningful work with real impact. We’re after someone who has some real runs on the board, and brings bold thinking, strategic flair, and a proven track record in Paid Search and Paid Social to the table.

What we’re looking for in YOU!

• 3-5+years exp. in a hybrid Paid Media role (ideally, agency-side), Paid Media strategy is your jam, and you have some real runs on the board in Paid Search + Paid Social.
• Managing a tight portfolio of high-value clients is your sweet spot. You’re confident, strategic, and know how to build genuine relationships that turn into long-term partnerships. Whether it’s ideation, execution or optimisation - you’re all over it.
• Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.- you know how to work the platforms, dial in the spend, and squeeze every last bit of value from a budget.
• You’re obsessed with pushing conversion rates up and CPAs down - it’s what you do best.
• Reporting? You’ve got it on lock. You know how to turn data into meaningful stories that actually mean something.
• You comfy hanging out in GA4 and all the cool tools + tech to get the job done.
• You’re craving a role where you can truly stretch your Paid Media wings - somewhere you’re backed, supported, and surrounded by a team that just gets it.
