About the role

We're seeking a talented Mobile Phone Technician & Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Dr Boom Communications' in Delacombe, VIC. This is a full-time position where you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, repairing mobile devices, and assisting with sales in our vibrant retail store.

What you'll be doing

Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other accessories

Provide excellent customer service by diagnosing issues, offering solutions, and completing repairs in a timely manner

Maintain a tidy and organised retail space, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and presentable

Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and process sales transactions

Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and industry developments

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive in-store experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a mobile phone technician or in a similar customer-facing role ( 2 Years )

Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and patient demeanour

Keen interest in the telecommunications industry and a passion for the latest mobile technology

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Relevant qualifications or certifications in mobile device repair or customer service would be highly advantageous
