Design & Build have partnered with a civil contractor and a strong reputation in the delivery of complex regional infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major works across North Queensland.

This is a unique opportunity to join a stable and forward-thinking business delivering challenging projects across road, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors in regional and remote environments.

The Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end
delivery of multidisciplinary civil projects. Scopes of work will vary across Slope Stabilisation and TMR Projects.

You will be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and program objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract to final handover.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and materials to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure project compliance with QA, HSE, and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor project engineers and supervisors on-site.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships through strong communication and reporting.
• Deliver works safely, efficiently, and within budget across regional QLD sites.

About You:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in civil, infrastructure and ground engineering projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering road construction, earthworks, concrete, and stabilisation projects.
• Previous exposure to slope stabilisation, drainage, or SMP scopes highly regarded.
• Strong commercial, safety, and leadership acumen.
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
