About the Company & Role
As a well-established and privately-owned civil contractor with clients across the infrastructure, mining and energy sector, our client is going through a period of sustained growth, and have engaged Infracon Australia to source a versatile, pragmatic and ambitious Project Manager to be based out of their established Karratha office, to support the next exciting growth phase in the Pilbara on civil projects with new and existing public and private sector clients.

About You
You will be hands-on, pragmatic and grounded person, with strong relationship-building skills and good commercial acumen. With a small leadership group, we are seeking an experienced civil Project Manager willing to roll their sleeves up and collaborate with the Operations Manager working towards a common goal, and take pleasure and pride in growing a company, whilst supporting the evolution in policies, procedures and systems.

Other criteria to be considered are;

• Minimum of 15 years industry experience, 5 years in project/ package management
• Strong background in bulk earthwork projects, mine infrastructure in the Pilbara
• Able to demonstrate successful execution of projects over $5m
• Experience in tendering/ estimating highly advantageous
• The ideal applicant will have prior experience working on projects in the Australia mining & resources sector.
• Those already living in the Karratha, or looking for that coastal lifestyle change are actively encouraged to apply.
• You MUST have Australian Work Rights to be eligible for this position.

Please note, this role will require the successful candidate to live in Karratha long-term if not already Karratha-based. Short-term FIFO arrangement possible on initial commencement.

Your salary will be commensurate with your experience, with a guide of $200,000 - $240,000 + Super + Vehicle, Fuel Card, Laptop, Mobile Phone with house/ housing allowance (including utilities) provided by the company for the duration of your employment.
