We're looking for a passionate and organized Project Coordinator to join our Breaking Barriers initiative. You’ll be at the heart of addressing and removing the obstacles that people who use AOD have when engaging with the housing service system.

Working closely with the COO and the Housing Services Manager you will coordinate and deliver the project activities including stakeholder engagement, codesign sessions, communications, training, reporting and more.

This is an opportunity to turn ideas and voices into action and make real change alongside people who use AOD.

A Day in the Life:

Work collaboratively with sector stakeholders and people with lived experience through interactive workshops.

Review literature and current best practice

Lead the planning, delivery and tracking of project milestones

Maintain clear communications with stakeholders and produce high-quality reports

Build strong relationships across internal teams and external networks

Design and integrate policies, procedures and tools into housing services

Build workforce capabilities

Evaluate and analyse impacts.

What You’ll Bring:

A degree (or equivalent experience) in social work, human services, psychology, AOD or a related field

Demonstrated experience working with people with AOD

Understanding and/or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the broader housing services system

Project management/project coordination experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative, purpose-led team
