We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic manager who has a can-do attitude and extensive experience in the disability sector, to provide leadership and management across our client services portfolio, including service development, design and delivery. We are looking for a professional with hands-on ability, excellent management and people skills.

We Are Seeking:
A highly skilled and experienced locum Services and Accommodation Manager to join our team for Six Months. We need a dedicated leader who can seamlessly step into our dynamic environment and provide strong guidance to our team during this time.
Role Overview:
This will be a relieving (locum) position for a initial period of 6 months with the possibility of ongoing role within the organisation."
As our Locum Services and Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management across our client services portfolio, including:
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Accommodation Services
NDIS Core Supports
You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting our participants to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Oversight: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services across all program areas, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and organisational policies.
Team Leadership: Provide clear direction and support to our team of support workers, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NDIS, government agencies, and community partners.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient and effective service delivery, addressing any challenges that arise during your tenure.
Collaboration: Work closely with our management team to ensure a smooth transition within all departments in NDSS.
Key Selection Criteria:
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in the disability sector.
4 years’ extensive experience in NDIS service delivery and management and developing staff at a senior level.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams of support workers across multiple accommodation services, regions and sites.
Demonstrated ability to translate policies and procedures and organisation strategies into operational plans
Proven ability to influence decisions, lead change, and identify solutions for complex issues
High-level judgement and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply critical thinking and make sound decisions.
Comprehensive knowledge of program funding, reporting requirements and service guidelines relevant to the disability sector
Extensive knowledge of the NDIS and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Proven experience in NDIS service delivery and management, with a strong understanding of operational best practices.
The supervision of the Team adheres to compliance with NDIS and quality safeguard commission
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to a new environment and work effectively within a team.
