Two Before Ten is looking for an experienced Barista who can work confidently behind the machine at our store in Murrumbateman (incl. weekends).

We take as given, your ability to work hard in a fast paced environment maintaining great, fast, service and a happy team of staff.

It is important to us that you are able to:

Build a relationship with your team

Continually develop your skills as you progress within our group

Work with other staff in the group to deliver a product consistent with the aims of our group.

Key requirements:

Relevant experience in hospitality is a must

FOH - Experience in a fast paced, customer centric environment

Baristas - Minimum 2 years barista experience in a fast paced environment (9-10 kgs of coffee a day)

Latte art skills is desirable

Ability to engage with customers and build rapport
