Ray White Toowoomba is seeking a driven sales professional with a genuine focus on customer service, together with the skill set to grow our rent roll. You will need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage/prioritise time effectively, be highly organised, positive in nature and committed to continuing your career.

You will also need to be process driven, with a genuine love for finding and developing 'new business' relationships with both existing and new clientele.

You will work with our Investment Specialist to secure new business from a variety of sources including existing clients, in-house referrals from our large Sales Team and the reputable Ray White Toowoomba brand. Growing our rent roll is the priority.

The role also includes lead generation, pipeline management, preparing the client for handover to the Property Manager, liaising with the Administration Team and Property Manager during the leasing process to ensure optimal results and foster strong ongoing relationships.
