Role Summary

As a Warehouse and Production Team Leader (2x Positions - Morning and Afternoon Shift), you’ll play a hands-on role in production and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows by supporting your team, covering task gaps, and driving efficiency during your shift.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example – Work alongside the team to complete production and warehouse tasks, stepping in to cover gaps and keep operations running smoothly.

Plan resources and delegate tasks to meet daily output targets.

Monitor product quality and output, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Operate forklifts (loading/unloading trucks) and assist with manual tasks when needed.

Manage inventory, stock movement, labeling, and record-keeping.

Train and supervise staff to maximize performance and efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Uphold company policies and assist in updating procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

Must have: Current LF forklift license.

Experience in production/warehousing with a hands-on, team-player mindset.

Ability to identify bottlenecks and fill in where needed to maintain workflow.

Proficient with RF scanners and basic computer systems.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and physical stamina.

Reliable, adaptable, and committed to workplace safety (WHS).

Physically fit - you'll be on your fit and doing some safe lifting
