The Client:
Our client is a thriving real estate group that’s not just about properties — they are about people. Our teams across Pacific Pines (HQ), plus a couple of other buzzing office locations, are full of go-getters, team players, and community lovers.

The Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR – part strategic partner, part cultural cheerleader, and part paperwork wizard.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Collaborating with leadership on KPIs and performance plans that actually inspire growth
• Taking the reins on recruitment, onboarding, and (sadly) offboarding
• Keeping our HR processes polished, compliant, and people-focused
• Leading the charge on policies, procedures, and all things best practice
• Driving initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and succession
• Supporting change management like a pro
• Keeping our workplace safe, supportive, and legally on-point

The Candidate:

• 3 years HR or people experience (preferably in real estate)
• Passion for people and creating people first systems
• Ability to work across multiple offices
• Proactive and approachable
• Bonus points if you’re a coffee enthusiast (not required, but strongly encouraged ☕)

The Details:

• Full-time Monday to Friday role
• Mainly based in Pacific Pines
• Up to $100K + Super (Experience dependent)
