This role offers an exciting chance to increase your ERP system support skills.

You will be a passionate IT support officer joining a fantastic culture across the IT division and the wider business. You will possess fundamental application troubleshooting abilities. Additionally, the role involves testing software and or coordinating testing environments, and collaborate with software vendors and project managers to implement effective solutions across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first level Application support to all staff;
• Liaise and follow-up with vendors software on escalated support issues;
• Train users on ERP / CRM system procedures and provide guidance on the day-to-day use of the system;
• Provide System Administration / Access Management for all users of the system such as adding, removing, Access control;
• Maintain system access security and perform routine audits of the system / user activity;
• Responsible for documenting the configuration of the system and system set-up procedures;
• Assist departments to create documentation specific to business processes and functions;
• Assist and coordinate system upgrades process with the consensus of the business and/or departmental administrators; and
• Help create and maintain system process, policy, work instruction and configuration documentation.
