We are on the lookout for experienced hospitality professionals to join our family and help our hospitality business continue to grow. Bli Bli Hotel is our latest premium venue and we also operate Brightwater Hotel, Parklands Tavern and Baringa Tavern in the local Sunny Coast community.

Our aim is to deliver warm and welcoming hospitality to locals and visitors to the region. We work closely with the local community including suppliers, businesses, sporting clubs and charities and focus every day on improving our offering and elevating the service we provide to every guest who walks through our doors.

The Role

Work alongside a team of motivated and devoted people who truly care about our business. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily food, beverage, gaming and functions operations ensuring elevated levels of service and maintaining guest satisfaction.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

• 2+ years experience in a Duty Manager role or similar position
• Be able to think and act strategically, suggesting ideas and ways to improve our offering
• Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be a relationship builder and have a genuine love for people
• Knowledge and skills to develop staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships

Requirements

• RMLV and Approved Managers License
• RSA, RSG, First Aid
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
