This established and thriving Sydney studio are looking for an experienced Architect/Graduate to join their design team. You will be working on new multi-residential and mixed-use developments and oversee your own projects from beginning to end. This role will suit an excellent all-rounder with proven ability to deliver high-quality projects. You will have the opportunity to mentor a team of Graduates reporting to you. Key Responsibilities

Act as 2iC to Project Lead on large-scale Residential/Mixed-use projects in a collaborative office

Contribute to the studio's high-quality design and client service reputation

Deliver high-quality projects from initial concept to completion

Develop project specific details that maintain design aesthetic

Coordinate with various consultants and stakeholders

Be involved in internal reviews of big design decisions

Skills and Experience

Local Class 2 building knowledge essential

Excellent construction knowledge and project delivery experience

Outstanding communication, visual, and written skills

High proficiency in ArchiCAD

Good working experience in multi-residential codes/compliance

Proven time management skills and a strong work ethic
