Ray White St Peters is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to break into the real estate industry or build on their existing skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

About the Role
This is a versatile position supporting our Property Managers, BDMs,Leasing Manafer and wider team. Every day is different, and you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our office running smoothly and our clients well cared for. You’ll be trusted to step in where needed, contribute to key projects, and grow your skills across many areas of property management and administration.
Duties will include:
Supporting Property Managers with leasing, ingoings, and inspections
Coordinating key and asset audits
Preparing documentation for insurance claims and tenancy hearings
Assisting the BDM with onboarding new business
Contributing to team projects and office initiatives
Helping with light administrative duties and client service tasks
Taking initiative to assist wherever needed – from marketing support to errands
Answering phones and greeting customers
What We’re Looking For
A great attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
Tech-savviness and confidence navigating systems helps
A current driver’s licence (essential)
Property Management licence is a bonus but not required
