The successful applicant will be required to:

Be competent in all aspects of Carpentry.

Read and interpret building plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate and high-quality construction.

Collaborate with builders, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed to specifications and timelines.

Perform site preparation, layout, and material handling tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Manage and teach apprentices, along with collaborating with other qualified carpenters to progress projects.

Have reliable transport and all carpentry related tools

Be punctual and work well in a team.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in residential carpentry – including framing, decking, renovations, and structural modifications.

Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and safety regulations.

Prior experience with high end residential construction.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
