Caravans Coffs Coast’s dynamic team has an exciting opportunity available. We are looking for an outgoing, administration/accounts/customer service officer for the front desk at our small, busy caravan sales dealership.

We are authorised dealers for Titanium Caravans & Eden Caravans, selling high end Offroad Caravans with a solid reputation for the quality of our work and backup services we provide to our clients.
Our display yard is based in the beautiful Coffs Harbour, where we are fortunate to serve clients from all over Australia.
There is always a good vibe at work and our small, collaborative team work very closely together.
About the role
This varied role will offer you an opportunity to self manage the following core responsibilities:
Customer service: Welcoming clients, answering telephone calls & responding to emails.
Sales Support: Sale Agreement contracts, helping clients with interior colour selections, customer & factory quotation & order checking and monitoring production schedule.
Xero Accounts: Invoicing, accounts receivable, bills payable, reconciling & payroll.
Administration: Maintaining CRM program & motor dealer records.
Attending 2-3 caravan shows per year to assist sales team, when required.
The position will be full time, with core hours between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.00 pm Friday. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday
Remuneration will be based on your experience.

Good communication skills are important in this role, as well as organizational skills, numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Xero accounting software and a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
