About the role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Diploma Qualified Educator to join our dedicated team at Rainbow Child Care and Early Learning in New Town, Tasmania. This is a part-time role (could be full time if preferred), offering flexibility and a rewarding career in the early childhood education sector.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality care and early learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years

Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that support children's holistic development

Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children

Collaborating with families to support children's learning and wellbeing

Documenting children's progress and development

Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification

An educator who puts relationships first

Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within the childcare or early learning sector

Strong knowledge of child development and early learning principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to providing high-quality care and education

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Valid Working with Children Check
