About the Role

As a Diploma-qualified Educator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting children’s learning and development through the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Working alongside your Room Leader and a passionate team, you'll help create meaningful daily routines and learning experiences that inspire curiosity and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Planning, documenting, and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

· Creating both intentional and spontaneous learning opportunities

· Supporting consistent, high-quality routines within a team-focused environment

· Building warm, respectful relationships with children and their families

· Ensuring practices align with centre policies, regulatory standards, and the National Quality Framework (NQF)

What we’re looking for:

· A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

· Hands-on experience with the EYLF and educational programming

· A reliable, flexible, and dedicated approach to early education

· Current First Aid certification

· Valid Working with Children Check and up-to-date child protection training

· A positive team player committed to delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
