What do we need?
- Executive support to the Melbourne Partner/GM - calendar management, documentation, tender and presentation creation, expense reconciliation, event bookings.
- Office Management – Procurement and management of equipment/supplies, IT troubleshooting, facilities management, onboarding/offboarding staff, and general day-to-day operations including kitchen stocking and tidy up.
- Events – Management of all events big and small including bookings, preparations, invites, attendance tracking, merchandise and of course bring your creative ideas please!
- Projects – We are about to move offices – woohoo! Very exciting, but we need your help to manage this. We also always welcome your thoughts and ideas on process improvement.
- Compliance – Here at u&u we do not cut corners. You will be assisting the consultants in ensuring candidate compliance is complete and correct. Your knowledge of OH&S within the office space will also be utilised.
About U
- You will have previous Executive Assistant and Office Management experience;
- Strong skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Canva;
- Event management experience with that attention to detail that can’t be taught;
- A willingness to assist anyone and everyone, with no task too big or too small; and
- Energy, motivation and a passion to become a part of our team. You will be welcomed with open arms!
