Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) is responsible for increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and coordination of health services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes.

About the Role
Support WVPHN's People, Culture and Business Operations in the delivery of support to the whole organisation via administrative and face to face operational activities.
Duties include:
Provide administrative and programmatic support to the People, Culture and Business Operations Management team and other members of WVPHN
Assist with various office responsibilities and tasks, as required (may include travel within the western Victoria region)
Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders by phone, email and in person
Complete data entry to a high standard as directed by People, Culture and Business Operations Management team
Assist with fleet and facility management and maintenance, as required
Key Selection Criteria includes:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable, but not essential

Employment requirements
Be prepared to undergo a National Police Check, prior to appointment
A current Victorian driver’s licence
Working rights in Australia (visa, permanent resident, citizen)
