An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading FMCG business for a Revenue Growth Manager. This newly created role will play a critical part in shaping and embedding revenue strategy across key categories, partnering closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive long-term growth and profitability across a growing product portfolio.
The key duties of the role will include:
- Develop and implement strategic pricing, pack, and promotion initiatives
- Provide commercial insights through advanced modelling and analysis
- Optimise portfolio mix and support revenue-driving decisions
- Lead pricing strategies for innovation and promotional planning
- Improve reporting capabilities and performance tracking
- Support capability building across the business
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years’ experience in a similar commercial or revenue-focused role
- Strong background in FMCG
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, or Category functions
- Strong analytical and influencing skills
