Job Description: As the Bakery Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery/shop. Your role will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving profitability. You will work closely with senior management to implement new ideas and ensure the smooth-running shop

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the bakery cafe
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Handle ordering and inventory management
• Monitor & manage financial performance
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role,
would also suit a head barista that wanted to take the next step in leadership

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to manage finances and budgets

Knowledge of food safety regulations

Strong problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
