Your Role: As a Management Accountant, you will work closely with clients across a range of industries, providing meaningful insights and helping to drive strategic decisions. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to really make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and dashboards
  
  
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  
  
• Cash-flow reporting and scenario modelling
  
  
• Provide advice on business performance and financial strategy
  
  
• Liaise with clients regularly to deliver high-quality, value-added services
  
  
• Support team members and contribute to internal process improvement
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree-qualified accountant (CA/CPA qualified or working towards)
  
  
• Experience in a business advisory or commercial accounting
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client service
  
  
• High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  
  
• Experience with Xero and cloud-based reporting tools is advantageous
