Your Day-to-Day Duties:

• Work closely with the experienced Property Management team.
• Lease properties and ensure smooth leasing processes.
• Process applications and conduct reference checks.
• Communicate with both internal and external parties throughout the leasing process.
• Market available properties and schedule/attend open homes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• MUST hold a current Certificate of Registration.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car.
• Ideally a minimum of 6 months of previous real estate experience.
• Well-presented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
