We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Leasing Consultant/New Business team member who can provide excellent customer service to our clients.

5 day role including Saturday's (RDO during the week)

The successful applicant will have the following:

Excellent phone manner and customer services skills

Advanced computer skills preferred

Immaculate presentation

A strong work ethic & can do attitude

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Time management skills

Real Estate Certificate of Registration is required

Previous leasing experience is preferred

Australian drivers license & clean vehicle

Responsibilities will include:

Conduct open homes both mid-week & Saturday's

Support property managers in a multitude of ways from marketing, database management, window display, documentation preparation

Process tenancy applications and create data in property management software

Greeting customers and answering phone calls

Responding to rental enquiries

Prepare lease documents and online bonds and arrange lease signing with new tenants

In addition to handling all leasing responsibilities their will be an incentive scheme to bring in new business to the company
