Key Responsibilities:

Conducting open homes and private inspections

Building strong relationships with prospective tenants and landlords

Processing tenancy applications and reference checks

Preparing lease documentation and onboarding new tenants

Assisting with general property management tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 6 months experience in Real Estate, preferably Leasing

A positive attitude and exceptional communication skills

Outstanding customer service and a people-first mindset

Great time management and attention to detail

A current Certificate of Registration or real estate license

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
