The Role:
We're looking for an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our social work team and drive service excellence. You'll shape our programs, lead clinical governance, and champion high-impact, evidence-based practices that improve outcomes for veterans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and enhance social work programs aligned with veteran needs

Establish best practice standards and drive quality improvement

Provide clinical oversight, staff supervision, and mentoring

Represent Veteran Pathways in advocacy and stakeholder engagement

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care

Manage complex cases and support continuous staff development

About You

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work + AASW registration

Australian citizenship

5+ years in clinical social work with leadership experience

Expertise in veteran or health-related social work

Strong strategic, clinical, and interpersonal skills

Proven track record in program development and team leadership
