As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and organized Tenancy Delivery Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in onboarding new franchisees and ensuring their success within our growing network.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the onboarding process for new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless transition into the Flip Out family.

Collaborate closely with external and internal teams, including leasing managers, architects, town planners, and certifiers to facilitate the effective setup of new franchises.

Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees throughout the onboarding process, providing guidance and support.

Ensure all tenancy agreements are executed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Develop and maintain organized project timelines, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Foster strong relationships with external partners and consultants to streamline the onboarding process.

Motivate and assist franchise partners to ensure they have the tools and resources required for successful business operation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience or formal education in project management, preferably in franchise development or tenancy management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for supporting and mentoring franchise partners.

Familiarity with leasing, construction, and operational processes in the franchise sector is highly desirable.
